Day Three

I am doing sets of one handed swings and double handed swings, one legged dead lifts, Russian twists and get up sit ups every single morning.

I am sore. I am sore as hell, but I feel great. I'm going to keep this up for now, and since I just started a new job, I'm going to hold off on telling you what Lauren Brook's video is like (since I don't have it yet!)
